Meet Our men's Ministry Leaders
Reverend Glenford Fagan
Men's Ministry President
Reverend Glenfield Fagan is a dedicated and compassionate leader who has been a faithful member of The Voices of Praise Church of God for over twelve years. As Men’s Fellowship Leader, he inspires and challenges men within his congregation and across sister churches to live with purpose and pursue their God-given calling. He is passionate about mentorship and is committed to guiding others on their spiritual journey toward reaching their full potential.
Glenford also serves on the Pastor’s Council, where he contributes to key decisions that shape the church community. His insight, integrity, and heart for service have made him a trusted and valued member of the leadership team, supporting initiatives that foster spiritual growth and community engagement.
Committed to lifelong learning, Glenford has completed three years of Biblical studies through the Tucker School of Ministries, along with the Calling and Ministry Studies (CAMS) and the Ministerial Internship Program (MIP) with the Church of God. He is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Ministerial Leadership at Lee University, equipping himself to lead with greater wisdom and effectiveness.
Professionally, Glenford is a successful small business owner with over 16 years of experience in the transportation services industry. He has built strong partnerships nationwide, earning recognition for his commitment to safety, reliability, and exceptional customer service. His entrepreneurial spirit and integrity have established him as a respected and trustworthy leader.
Above all, Glenford is a devoted husband of over 23 years and a proud father of three daughters. His faith, leadership, and love for family reflect the core values that guide every area of his life.

Glenfield Gayle serves faithfully as Vice President of the Men’s Ministry. He is a dedicated servant of the Lord who approaches his responsibilities with diligence, integrity, and unwavering commitment. In addition to his leadership role, he serves as a faithful armor bearer, supporting the ministry with humility and consistency.
He is a devoted husband and loving father who values his family deeply. His love for his wife and children is evident in both his words and actions, as he strives to lead his home with faith and strength.
